• Full in-house training to give you the skills, tools, and confidence to grow a successful career in recruitment
• One-to-one mentorship from a dedicated Senior Consultant in a stable and supportive environment
• Hands-on experience working alongside the team to find and speak with suitable candidates for client roles
• Opportunities to develop your account management skills and understand client needs and workplace culture
• Involvement in creative candidate attraction campaigns, including writing and promoting job adverts across social media and job boards

• 1-to-1 monthly meeting: Approx. two hours with a GLP Trainer (face-to-face or telephone)
• Online learning courses and/or group sessions
• Building an electronic portfolio of work-related evidence
