We can support people who:

  • have a health challenge that is preventing them from working, or
  • are at risk of being out of work due to a health challenge.

We have a team of trained work and health coaches who can work with you to understand your needs and help you develop a personalised support plan. This may include connecting you to a range of local services and support, for example:

  • Financial advice and debt management
  • Employment advice and support
  • Health and wellbeing services
  • Housing advice
  • Training and skill development
  • Relationships and domestic abuse
  • Home adaptations
  • Carer support
  • Substance misuse

The WorkWell programme is completely voluntary. Your interaction with the service will have no impact on your benefits and you can withdraw from the programme at any point.

Who is WorkWell for?

You can apply to use the service if you are:

  • over the age of 16
  • live in or are registered with a GP or Job Centre in Cambridgeshire, Peterborough or Royston
  • and are eligible to work in the UK
  • N.B. You do not need to be claiming any benefits to access the service.
