CPCA AEB and Multiply

Education and training courses for adults aged 19+ (must be 19 on the 1st of August of the academic year) are funded through the Adult Education Budget (AEB) and result in formal, accredited qualifications. Upskill your current employees with CPCA funded courses or training.

There are a range of CPCA funded courses available, including:

  • Essential digital skills, up to and including level 1. 
  • English and/or math, up to and including level 2. 
  • English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), up to, and including level 2.
  • Level 3 courses for jobs, ranging from engineering to health and social care.
  • Various other vocational accredited training including but not exhaustive of engineering, health and social care, construction, accountancy, administration, customer service, IT/ digital, and warehouse.
  • Accredited Leadership and Management training
  • Non-accredited community learning training

By offering your staff CPCA funded courses or additional free training, you can:

Cost: The courses are funded by CPCA so you do not need to pay towards the course cost, however there are eligibility criteria including a low wage of £22,500 which would need to be met to ensure individuals can access fully funded provision.

 

Duration: The duration can vary depending on the course subject, level or type.
