Based in Peterborough and founded by Peter Rushmer, Flagship Partners offer a range of services to independently owned, family run transport businesses, including consultancy, training, HR support and Health and Safety.
The team has a wealth of experience and is passionate about seeing their clients’ businesses flourish and grow.

What challenge did Flagship Partners face?
Covid-19 has significantly reduced the opportunities for businesses to network over the last 2 years and has presented many challenges for businesses across all sectors.
In the face of these challenges, Flagship Partners were looking for ways to ramp up business activity, build relationships in the local business community and focus on growth – in turn allowing them to support more local business in the transport sector.
How did Growth Works with Skills provide support?
Flagship Partners heard about Growth Works with Skills and went on to complete the TDMI (Talent Development Maturity Index) – a free, online, interactive questionnaire which helps businesses to assess their performance in key areas such as HR, recruitment, training and resilience.
On completion of the diagnostic tool, Flagship Partners were introduced to Growth Coaching giving access to a wider range of business support. Direct introductions to other small and large local businesses were made and recruitment support was given.
As a result of this support, Flagship Partners has recruited two new members of staff, built a number of key business relationships and grown as a business year on year.
