Growth Works with Skills works closely with local employers to share opportunities for apprenticeships to School Leavers. By the end of the apprenticeship, you’ll have the skills and knowledge you need for the career you’ve chosen.
Phoebe tells her apprenticeship story
Growth Works with Skills have supported Softwerx, a local up and coming business with their apprenticeship programme.
At the Cambridgeshire apprenticeship awards 2021 Phoebe Ward, Microsoft Research Analyst was highly commended in the team work category. She started in 2020 and is in her second year of a degree apprenticeship also at Anglia Ruskin University. Phoebe grew up in Cambridgeshire and enjoys exploring the city outside of work. Her focus is on events, the website, social media and networking and she has done outstanding collaborative work with colleagues inside of Softwerx as well as with the company’s broader network.
